The seat was comfort even economy class, the cabin is clean. During flight they serve delicious meals, more than I expected. The price is very reasonable. Love it.

“Cons: Transferring at Moscow and there is not enough direction at Moscow airport. Food is so so.
It’s my first flight with Aeroflot, a trip from HK to Rome, Italy. The plane was airbus. There was TV set for each passenger so you can choose your own program. Air attendants were generally friendly and helpful. It was on time for my trip. When I transferred at Moscow Airport, the staff members there barely spoke English. There was a long line at the Information Desk when I tried to ask for help at Moscow Airport. Food was of average quality. Most of the time, you needed to take connection bus/train at the airport instead of being able to get on-board directly from the gates. Generally a good flight given that the price is reasonable.”

“I can fully agree what many others have written about this airline. It is underestimated. Of course I don’t know about their domestic service, but the international one is really very good. I am a Skyteam member and from BKK to Amsterdam there are only two direct flights left since China Airlines stopped their service. Only one is Skyteam, KLM. Their business class on this route is nelow all standards and in urgent need of renovation. Aeroflot is 30% cheaper. I flew an Airbus A330-300. The business class was very up to date and comfortable. The service very good and friendly. The food also very good and lots of choices of drinks. Since the stopover in Moscow was very short, my luggage did not arrive in Amsterdam with the same flight. There was nothing in there that I needed directly, so I enjoyed not having to carry anything on the train and then home and having it sent there some time later. All in all: absolutely recommended.”
