What people are saying
AeroMexico has gathered several positive reviews, coming from its satisfied and delighted passengers. Here are the reviews I’ve read and gathered.
“I read a ton of terrible reviews for this airline before I flew with them. To my surprise, none of them were correct. The service was fine and you even get free alcoholic beverages on the short flight from Houston to Mexico. The long haul to Amsterdam was comfortable and they had a great selection of movies and TV shows. The food was sufficient. The most interesting thing was they do not have window coverings. The windows just darken with the push of a button. However, if you are on a long haul and take off at night, they automatically darken the windows until landing, which was great. I would recommend this airline.”

“We flew with Aeromexico from PRG-CDG, (in fact this was a code share with Czech airlines) than CDG-MEX + MEX-CUN and vice versa. You get all the equipment you need even if in economy class – not only the headphones + blanket, but also a cover for the eyes, the toothbrush with a toothpaste, the staff will go and dispatch the refreshing towels in the morning before they even serve you the coffee. The clerks at the check in proactively ask you what seats you prefer. The meals are very tasty. On a short flight they are limited to the drinks selection, and some cookies, which I think is completely fine. They once changed our departure time from CUN, but way in advance, so enough time to prepare ourselves for it. The flights were on time. No complaints here. Good inflight entertainment. We would fly them again with no hesitation.”

“It was a very pleasant experience, I like to travel in this airline they have top of the line planes, and the service is superb. Just beware when to buy tickets because it could be a little bit pricey. Look for promotions, and you can have tickets half price.”
