“They went out of their way to make sure my experience was enjoyable. I booked this flight after having a terrible experience with another airline. I would fly Alaska again without thinking twice about it.”
—Bruce A (Pocatello, Idaho)
“Always fly Alaska when heading to Seattle many times per year. Alaska had a very quick, user friendly website for self booking, seat selection, reserving a specific snack. Checking in is always quick and easy as is printing your boarding pass and bag tag from home. Alaska’s customer service has always been top notch. Flew on a brand new 737-900 with the subtle cabin lighting and large luggage bins. Very clean and very comfortable. Very friendly crew! Departed on time and blocked in a few minutes early. Hope things don’t change too much with the addition of Virgin America. Love Alaska Airlines!!”
