A good number of it are all about how good the airport is and how excellent their services and facilities are. Though the airport has also gained several not-so-good remarks, they are not as bad or negative–more of like, a neutral review that gives the airport a suggestion in improving their services for the future. Here are some of the reviews:
“Nice little airport. The security and immigration was quick when we reached around 7 am . Luckily there were no other planes which landed at the same time. We were on our way to Auckland NZ and this was our stopover for 11 hours. We took Uber from the airport to CBD and checked out the city. The restrooms and directions in the airport were pretty straight forward. When we returned back to airport, it was easy to get past emigration to the gates. We also used the PLAZA PREMIUM lounge (part of Priority Pass) and it was superb.”

“ traveled to here from US every year around Nov or Dec. The size of airport is just right for both international and domestic, but I used the international more often. This year, I went through the custom services with 2 steps automation, totally self service, if you do it right. Just follow the written instructions hanging around. Optus mobile finally open a shop on site in the international, I always get the $2 Daily Plus plan (I paid $10, good for 5 days, with 500 mb data every day, it is best deal in town, and they are number two mobile provider in Aussie) They can get you going within 15 minutes or less. A few car rental companies are on site, but I only tried Europcar once, and they are very good. I preferred to use offsite car rental companies because they offered better rates. You need to ride their shuttles to pick your car, they are not open 24 hrs.”

“Its an airport, the food is super expensive and not fabulous the seats are uncomfortable and the parking is super expensive. It is clean and brightly light though which is a plus.”

Brisbane Airport has two passenger terminals, mainly: The International and the Domestic terminals.
The International Terminal, built in 1995 has 12 bays with aerobridges, two of these are capable of handling huge aircrafts such as the boeing A380s. The international terminal is divided in four levels, level 1 houses most airline offices, baggage handlers and tourism operators, level 2 handles arrivals, level 3 houses departure lounge and other specific offices and level 4 which houses departure check in.
The international terminal has undergone a terminal development which started in 2014 and was finished in 2015. Giving the terminal and the airport a nice and spacious facility that will really help its arriving and departing customers.
The domestic terminal on the other hand has three distinct areas, designated for serving Qantas, Qantaslink, Virgin Australia, Jetstar, TigerAir Australia and JetGo. Which can be found on the Northern end, Southern end and the Central end if the terminal.
