Today we’re going to be looking at the popular online travel agency called JustFly. They’re an American owned company that began in 2010 and since then has undergone immense growth and has taken on position as one of the largest online travel agencies in the U.S. Size isn’t everything of course, even though they are large many people are leary to give their money to 3rd party online ticket vendors and so today we’re going to look at what their past customers have been saying about their experience with the company to get an idea of what booking through JustFly is really like.
In order to find reliable reviews about a company like JustFly we need to scour the internet for actual customers who have used the service. To find reliable reviews on the company we’ll be looking at only trusted review platforms like Sitejabber and Feefo. These two review platforms only allow customers to post a review if they have been verified as a customer by requesting their invoice or booking number from the company. This prevents false or spammy reviews from 3rd party competition. Let’s see what people are saying about JustFly!
JustFly Reviews on SiteJabber 2018
Overall, JustFly has received a score of 3.5 out of 5 stars on SiteJabber. This rating is compiled from a total of 2,425 reviews as seen in the image below. Now let’s look at what customers are saying.
The first review that we’ll look at comes from Christy n. who states that she enjoyed the simplicity of JustFlys service as well as the prices that she found when using them. Here’s her exact quote from SiteJabber:
“Justfly has simple and easy steps. They also have good prices on all flights. I definitely recommend it to anyone who wants to save money on their flights.”
We have found that JustFly is quite competitive with their prices when making comparisons against them and their top competitors. The site is also very easy to use.
The next review comes from John T. who flew business class and saved $5000.00 on his ticket. It seems unbelievable but it’s true, those tickets can be extremely pricey. He had a small issue entering his frequent flyer number but that problem was resolved by the airline. Here’s what he said about his experience.
“The booking process is as easy as most and accessed prices available from code share partners of US airlines at substantial discounts to the prices shown by the US partner on their website. I save ~$5,000 on a business class ticket to Hong Kong (last year) and Shanghai (this year). Seat selection is slightly harder but OK. Only problem I had is you cannot put in your domestic airline frequent flier number if the ticket is booked with a non-US code share partner – you have to make the reservation then call the non-US airline and have them update the record.”
The next customer, Evelyn B. found the site easy to navigate and liked the flight alert messages she received to her email when the prices dropped on a ticket she was watching. She had one issue which she wished she had the ability to chose a window or aisle seat from the website. Here’s what she said.
“Easy to navigate. Need more clarity, especially options to upgrade upon finalizing order. Prefer to seat by exit window, this option never available on line. Willing to pay extra for exit seat.”
“Seemed relatively efficient and great prices. Sure I will let my friends know and I will always look into JustFly when I am need to get airline tickets.”
“Much more pleasing than some other low fare sales groups. No devious tricks to upcharge the flights I selected”
All in all we can see that although some customers experienced a few small problems with the online travel agency, JustFly has been doing an excellent job with keeping its rates low, its booking process easy and its customers happy. We gave JustFly a 5/5 stars. What do you think? Have you used JustFly.com before? Let us know in the comments section below!
