A company is only as good as the people who work there. So if a company gets bad reviews is it the company or the employee’s fault? Who do you blame, is it the employees fault or management’s fault for maybe lack of training or just flat out not caring. To most people, if the employees are not happy even at the lowest level they company is not in tune. So if you want your company to run smooth make sure not only the upper management is happy but the little guys too.
Origins and Ownership
Oneworld was founded on Feb 1, 1999 and is an alliance of all the world’s top airlines, working as one.
Their CEO is Bruce Ashby, he took over as the CEO in December of 2010, he has been in the airline industry since 1987 starting with United Airlines. He can speak French, Italian, and some Hindi as well as English. He is a US citizen and went to Stanford.
What people are saying
The Oneworld reviews seem to be good overall, but there are a few out there saying they have hidden fees for cancellation and changing anything is a nightmare. One person was also commenting on how much the price has gone up over the last few years.
The website is laid out nice and they only offer flight searches, and RTW tickets. Other than that, there’s not much more to the website. There is a frequent flyer tab so you can use your points. There is an app for your tablet so you can plan your trip from anywhere.

Well they seem to be doing something right, or people would not keep coming back. Their staff seems to help when it comes to planning but there is no after sale service whatsoever.
